Weekly / Daily structure
Pre-Course Preparation:
Students will receive their training manual and video content access once the course is booked.
This must be studied thoroughly before attending the Academy to ensure maximum benefit from the 3-day programme.
Day 1 – Theory & Practice:
Introduction to advanced Russian Volume concepts
Overview of Hybrid and Mega Volume techniques
Product knowledge and lash mapping theory
Initial hands-on practice using your training kit to develop precision and control
Day 2 – Hands-On Training:
Practical application on live model
Complete a full set using Russian Volume techniques
Close 1:1 guidance from your educator to refine speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Day 3 – Assessment Day:
Demonstrate advanced skills in a formal in-house assessment to achieve certification readiness
Recommended 2–3 week gap after Day 2 to allow practice and completion of key tasks set by the educator
