Our ABT Accredited Gel Polish Manicure Course has been carefully designed to provide future nail technicians with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to perform professional Gel Polish Manicure treatments to a high industry standard. Delivered as a full-day, one-to-one training course, you'll receive personalised tuition, allowing you to learn at your own pace with continuous support from your educator. Throughout the day, you'll cover essential theory before progressing through a tutor demonstration, guided practical work on yourself, and finally completing a full treatment on a live model. Upon successful completion, you will receive an ABT Accredited Certificate, enabling you to obtain professional insurance and begin offering Gel Polish Manicure treatments to clients. - Students must be 16 years of age or older
- This course is beginner friendly – no previous nail experience is required
- A willingness to learn and practise new skills in a hands-on training environment
- Students are encouraged to bring their own tools if preferred, although all essential equipment is provided during training

This is a full-day, one-to-one practical training course designed to provide the perfect balance of theory, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.
Before Your Training Day
Once your place is confirmed, you will receive your comprehensive training manual by email. It is important that you study the manual thoroughly before attending your course, as this will help you build a strong understanding of the theory and allow you to get the most from your practical training.
Training Day
Your training begins with essential theory, including health and safety, nail anatomy, client consultations, contraindications, and product knowledge. Your educator will then demonstrate a professional Gel Polish Manicure on one of your hands before guiding you as you practise the treatment on your opposite hand. Once you have built confidence in your technique, you will progress to completing a full Gel Polish Manicure on a live model under the supervision of your educator.
The day concludes with troubleshooting, safe removal techniques, client aftercare, business guidance, recommended products and equipment, and your practical assessment before certification.
After Your Course
Your learning doesn't end when you leave the academy. We will follow up with you after your training to answer any questions, offer guidance as you begin practising your new skills, and provide ongoing support to help you grow in confidence and build your career.
