Emma Kearney · Director & Founder
I’m Emma Kearney, Founder and Lead Educator at Emma Kearney Academy. With 10+ years of teaching experience, I have trained over 600 students across the UK, Ireland and internationally. I specialise in brows, lashes, nails, makeup and spray tanning, delivering professional, hands-on 1:1 training with a strong focus on technique, confidence and building successful careers within the beauty industry. Before establishing my career in beauty, I spent 20 years working professionally as an actress in TV, film and theatre, bringing a wealth of experience in creativity, communication and working with people to my role as an educator. My academy has been recognised with training awards in both Ireland and Northern Ireland, and my commitment to my students extends beyond the classroom, with continued support and mentoring after training.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. You must hold an accredited lash lift certification. The Korean Lash Lift Masterclass is an advanced training, and you will be expected to have competent knowledge of lash lifting before attending.
Yes. Students are required to provide their own model so you can practice the techniques learned during the masterclass. This ensures a full hands-on experience under the guidance of your instructor.
We will post you a patch test from your kit. It is your responsibility to carry this out before your training day.
The masterclass is 4 hours of private 1-to-1 training. You will cover the theory of the Korean Lash Lift, watch a live demonstration by your instructor, and perform a practical lash lift on a live model, leaving confident and ready to offer this treatment in your salon.
Unfortunately, models cannot sit in during the class. They are expected to arrive only at their appointed time for the practical session. There are shops and cafés within walking distance where your model can relax until they are required.
Yes! I do travel to salons and colleges to teach. Group training can be booked directly with me, and a quote will be provided based on your needs. Please note that the pricing structure for group sessions may differ from the 1-to-1 masterclass, and this can be discussed to best suit your requirements.
